Group Training

Group Training is a great way to experience results while working out with a group up to 10 people (maximum) 3 times a week for 4 weeks, or two times a week for four weeks. Each 4 week program includes. , Healthy choice eating. Structured, Specific Training with lots of variety of movement, to obtain maximum results and keep you coming back for more.

If you are looking to have fun and get fit and Healthy, with your friends and others with the same goals as you. With a cheaper hourly rate. With the Personal Training Structure Personal Group Training is the way to go.
