Mike Leonberger

My name is Mike Leonberger. My goal in starting with Jenny is opposite to most, I wanted to put on weight. I am 6 ft 6 inches tall and was 185lbs. Jenny has helped me to increase muscle mass quite a bit since first starting. Through proper training and clean eating. The most important thing that Jenny has passed on to me, aside from her friendship of herself and her husband Alfred, is a greater Knowledge of exercise and Nutrition in general. This will allow me to properly take care of myself and add more muscle further into the future and to do it on my own. I really look forward to working with Jen and Alfred long into the future.
