Fitness has always been my number one Passion. I have been moving since the age of five, in a variety of sports. Gymnastics, Spring Board Diving, Athletics, Sport Aerobics and Fitness. I also have an extensive background in dance and four Years of Dramatic and Performing Arts. Put this all together and you have a Fitness Athlete.

Fitness is a hard Sport. It requires dedication and consistency. You are required to show, Strength, Flexibility and Agility, all while making your routine an entertaining Performance!!! There are many elements that need to be trained for fitness, these things are. Strength, Flexibility, Jump Training. Tricks, Transitional moves, Dance and Performance. As well as working on your walking and ¼ turns. Physique Training, Weights and Cardio for fitness, until you have your routine then its Practice, Practice. Practice!!!!!!

Remember you don’t have to be a Gymnast to be a competitive and successful Fitness Athlete! You do need to have some Athletic ability, or a background in dance or cheerleading is great as well. If you are a natural Athlete and well Coordinated, Fitness is a great sport to Challenge your self to achieve something you have never done before and take it to the next level!!! Jenny Arnold Movement is the one and Only place you need to train. We can take you from being a Novice competitor to an Elite Athlete.
