Bryson Schell

I first started off my training by myself at the age of 18, weighing in at 240lbs when I first started and I trained at the local rec. center and I was always interested with weight lifting and body building since grade 8, I just never really pursued it until I finally got fed up with being over weight and my parents told me they were worried about me because of it and then I decided to do something about it. So I started my training, asking questions and talking to people about it and my highest weight after a I first started was 255 lbs. In the first year and a half I was able to get down to 225 by myself with my own training and my brother started seeing a personal trainer about this time and she created a diet plan and training routine and did a remarkable job on cutting, dieting and training so I asked to meet his trainer which turned out to be my new trainer jenny arnold. jenny was able to tell me what I needed to do, what I needed to eat and how I should be training. In the first 8 weeks of my training I was able to lean out and drop over 20 lbs and 10 1/2 inches everywhere. jenny has been the most inspiritional and motivational person in the interest of my choice fo doing competetive bodybuil;ding and supporting me with all the decisions I have made in it. she is not just a friend and not just a personal trainer but in inspiration to further challenging myself in my choice for bodybuilding
